No other agency, firm or individual is authorised to contact you about a loan from Golu Leasing & Finance Co. Private Limited. Before any third-party agency contacts a borrower, the borrower is informed of its name and details.
Our code of conduct for collections
- Contact only between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and not at times the borrower has asked us to avoid.
- No threats, intimidation, abusive language, or harassment of the borrower, family, friends or references.
- Agents identify themselves, name the Company, and carry an authorisation letter which they show on request.
- Repayments are accepted only into the Company's account through the official options in your loan account — never in cash, never to an individual's account.
- Borrower privacy is respected; dues are discussed only with the borrower.
- Collection calls are recorded for quality and complaints, as disclosed at the start of the call.
